Hi, I’m Hayley, and I’ve spent over 15 years working in the weddings and events industry, helping create memorable celebrations and learning exactly what makes a party feel truly special.

Balloons For All Occasions has a story that’s very close to my heart. The business began inside The Learning Ladder, the much-loved toy shop in the heart of Perton village, founded and run by my Auntie Jo and our family. After nearly 15 years of building the business, Jo retired, and I was incredibly proud to keep it in the family and continue what she started.

The idea behind Balloons For All Occasions is simple: to create beautiful, thoughtfully designed balloon arrangements for every celebration, while making the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, wedding, anniversary, corporate event, or a milestone worth celebrating, I want every customer to receive something that feels personal, stylish, and special.

Creativity is my favourite part of the job. I love bringing ideas to life and I’m always happy to work with customers to create something unique – especially the ideas that are a little outside the box. Some of the best designs start with, “I know this is a bit different, but…”
